I have baught lavana thailam and the usage description as follows on the packet
1. Apply Lavana tailam on bofy where excess fat and water content, gently massage with mild pressure. After 15 minutes wah with hot water or give mild fomentation.
2. In case of excess fat, apply a paste of Thriphala chooran with warm water after applying lavana Thailam. After drying of the paste, gently rub the area, and give mild fomentation or wash it with warm water.
3. If excess water content is there, give mild fomentation with hot rice water and salt after application of Lavana tailam,

Yes…lavana thailam is working well and can reduce wight and belly ing…..i gained lot of weight when I was pregnant and i have belly also after my delivery…..but this oil helped me to reduce weight n get back my figure.Taking care about your over eating also will help you to reduce your fat.

the thailam is very effective… u can use it priya.. dont worry… it reduces ur weight a lot.. but remember dont use it to reduce breast size & all… it will reduce ur milk secretion after pregnancy… i read in a health magazine…

really it works…. apply the oil and massage in upward direction.. take bath in warm water after 15 min.. if possible walk for 20 min @ any time….

Guys,Dnt be foolish.No Oil can reduce ur weight to a formidable limit.It may nt even reduce one inch.I hav used anoter slim oil,in my family , my sis n law ,my aunts used this lavanathailam.they did nt get any changes.read the mathrubhoomi arogyam .tht article says this oils will never help to weight lose .the rock salt absorb lil water content which gives the feeling that u lose weight .tht too is for some time .pls strt exercise and do some dieting.tht is the only way.or u go to some wellness clinics like VLCC.or go to an alopathy doc to get a medicin according tou physikal conditions.I went to an ayurvdeic doc for weight loss medicin she gave me some kashayam and gave strabge timings to take them which is not at all applicable for an techie like me.I HAD IT FOR 1 MONTH BILIEV ME FROM 56 KG I PUT ON TO 65 .then i stopped that.and strtd doing yoga and surya namaskar .and now after 2 months biliv me i am 56 .dont fall into these advertisements.anoter product is INSHAPE ABDOMINAL BINDER.which is jus a waste of money.it never work.Exercise and diet.all d best

hey guys u will find the result only after three months if u follow ur unhealthy diet. i was using lavana thailam for the past two months.But there is no significant change in my tummy.i have to wait and see another one month according to the prescription.I don’t think tummy will reduce by applying this thailam.we have to combine this thailam massage along with tummy exercise for getting good result.

Guys and Girls,
Pls dont be crazy and fall pray to sheer nonsense and waste of time. All the time you invest to rub and scrub this oil around your body instead this time can go into exercising. A perfect exercise regime and proper food (non junk and non oily) intake will ONLY help in REDUCING WEIGHT.
So, Pls stop being / becoming/ to be fools and start exercising. this is effective for long run and you dont have to run about for such oils to different medical stores.
THIS IS TO ALL TO BE PLANNING FOR PREGNANCY / PREGNANT / POST PREGNANCY. In-case it has reduced then, you would have just assumed to console and convince your heart. Else your heart will be disappointed big time.

i think this lavana tailam stuff is a cheap crap of the company ,, to attract a middle class man to this trap ,, as he can spend 165 bucks ,,if this is possible there is no need of a doc to do mbbs, ms mch[cosmetic surg] wasting 12 years of his precious life studying and learning to do a liposuction and charge 80000 to 200000 ,,,is he a fool to charge such a high price instead he to can apply oil to all those who come fr such a procedure ,,, grow up guys dont act like kids ,,,,instead of wasting time reading all these reviews ,, applying oil for months ”’please start doing a jogg, yoga,, or something like cycling …please follow them my sincere advice dont waste time over all these stupid suff..

yes………….the oil is very use ful to loose weight&with this do one more thing….after massage…..take wax heater…fill it with full of water&add carom seed(ajwain)and salt in the water……….on the heater…when the water is boiling…take one jali(doodh dakhne wali)&cover it on heater &when the smoke or steam starts take two wet twels &place one by one on steam place it on ur stomach it will help u in reducing more weight results will take steps within 4 days plz try…………….
