Achuthanathan endorses Governor’s nod

Thiruvananthapuram: at last chief minister of Kerala V S Achuthanandan has broken his long pending silence over the Lavlin case . He said that Governors have the right to take decision as per their discretion and the Supreme Court had approved the same in certain cases. So there is no point in presenting the Governor’s prosecution consent as a unusual incident. He was speaking to newspersons while update the cabinet decisions here on Wednesday. This comes different to what was stated by Vaikom Viswam and Kodiyeri Balakrishnan on Tuesday.
On the accusation that the governor acted against the constitution, VS said that he has no comments. It is the responsibility of the governor to take a decision by detailed study and examination and he had informed his decision to the cabinet through credentials. VS said that he had handled the copy of the governor’s decision in a proper manner.

At any cost, the actual crooks should be punished. I appreciate and support VS in this issue. We need more people like VS to bring back our Kerala to Maveli’s rule. Come on VS, let’s start a new party with honest leaders

VS is the strongest and straight leader of CPM in India. He is one of the founders of CPM in Kerala. He gave his life for the party and loves poor people in Kerala. This Pinarai and his group (SRIMATI RAJARAJANMAR KODIYERI VARE) is a new generation leaders and have no such bitter experience/jail experience like VS. So PINARAI and his group should know the malayalees are not fools. We know VS and Pinarai. Allow VS to rule indipendently which is good for poor and ordinary people of Kerala.

IT IS VERY NECESSARY TO CONFIRM ALL INDIANS, THAT THE LAW AND ORDERS MADE IN INDIA WILL APPLICABLE FOR EACH AND EVERY CITIZEN OF INDIA. THAT IS WHY MR PV’s MUST BE UNDERGO THE LEGAL PROCESS. THE POOR KERALA PEOPLE READY TO EXTEND THEIR STRONG SUPPORT IF HE PROOVE HIS INNOCENCE BEFORE THE COURT. CPM NEED NOT MAKE INTERUPTIONS BOTH THE PUB LIFE AND LEGAL PROCESS BY THE JUDITIOERY. AT LEAST THE PB MUST BE CONSIDER THE KERALA PEOPLES EDUCATIONAL STANDARD.
